Celebrating the First Day of School

I decided last year that just because we aren't actually GOING to school, doesn't mean we cant celebrate going back to school like everyone else. We made today, our first day of preschool, special in our own by having an ice cream party after we finished with our school work (and lunch of course).

They were very excited for this... we rarely do ice cream with all the fixings like this, so it was really special for them.

In the afternoon we headed out to the yard to play and document the beginning of the school year with these fun and adorable
